7-day immersion with Igor Kufayev

Immersions with Igor Kufayev are unique, often life-changing events, aimed at accelerating our innermost potential, rooted in age-old Tantric wisdom teachings, under the direct guidance of a spiritual adept. This retreat is an invitation to explore our inner potential, deepen meditative practices, re-connect to the heart, and re-evaluate our relationship with ourselves and with the world.

What happens at an immersion?

Immersions include two or three meditation sessions followed by a period of rest and assimilation. Morning and evenings feature discourses by Igor, always including opportunities for dialog and question-and-answer sessions. New meditators as well as long-time practitioners experience many benefits and blessings flowing from these sessions, often including:

– A deep settling of the mind
– A palpable feeling of the heart opening, being touched by Grace.
– Greater ability to deal with stress.
– Deeper restful alertness.
– Increased clarity of mind and heart.

Post-immersion, many report a continued deepening and opening in their own process and experience of daily life, including:

– Continued calming of the mind, increasingly cohesive and efficient mental activity.
– A growing reliance and trust in intuition.
– More awareness of the presence of the Divine in oneself and others.
– Greater sensitivity and reverence for the sacredness in all things… nature, Life itself.

08:00 – 09:30 am Meditation
09:30 – 10:45 am Breakfast
10:45 – 13:15 pm Darshan
13:15 – 14:15 pm Lunch
14:15 – 17:00 pm Free time
17:00 – 18:30 pm Meditation
18:30 – 19:45 pm Dinner
19:45 – 21:30 pm Darshan

Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served throughout the immersion.
